Athena began her escrow career in 2015 as a receptionist and quickly discovered her passion for the industry. Through dedication and hard work, she has grown into a dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate escrow officer. Over the years, Athena has gained extensive experience in resales, BIA/land lease transactions, solar leases, 1031 exchanges, and foreign seller withholding requirements. She also holds a notary license, allowing her to provide even more support to clients throughout their escrow process.
Athena truly loves what she does and is committed to ensuring every client feels valued and understood. Her patience and ability to clearly explain escrow documents help both buyers and sellers feel comfortable and confident during the signing process.
Outside of work, Athena is an avid pet lover who enjoys attending animal rescue events and spending time with her fur babies. She also loves gardening, soaking up the sunshine, and binge-watching a good Netflix show.
