Carly is a true Escrow Extraordinaire and carries an impressive resume in the real estate industry. She began her career in 1996 with a title company as a receptionist, quickly advancing into customer service and title searching. Seeking greater client interaction, she transitioned into the escrow department and was later recruited by one of her clients to run the escrow department for a licensed mortgage broker, managing a high-volume refinance escrow desk.
After years of working behind the desk, Carly discovered her passion for being in the field, working hands-on with real estate agents and industry partners. This realization led her into business development, where she could better serve her clients through education, connection, and proactive support.
Today, Carly proudly serves as a Business Development Representative with Chartwell Escrow, bringing nearly three decades of escrow experience to her role. She holds her Certified Escrow Officer designation and remains committed to ongoing education to ensure her clients and community stay informed on current escrow practices and industry updates.
Carly values relationships, education, and being an active member of the real estate community. She is involved with several industry organizations throughout San Diego County, including:

When she’s not working, Carly enjoys golf, bay bike rides, listening to motivational audiobooks, building meaningful relationships, discovering healthy meal-prep recipes, and continuing her education in wellness and nutrition.
