Throughout her career, Marcy has worked across title companies, broker-owned firms, and independent escrow companies, giving her a well-rounded perspective and deep understanding of the escrow process from start to finish. Her diverse experience allows her to anticipate challenges, streamline transactions, and provide a seamless closing experience for all parties involved.
Marcy specializes in complex transactions, including single and multi-family residential, commercial resales, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, probate and trust sales, short sales, and refinance closings. She is known for her attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to delivering a high level of service with every transaction.
Outside of her professional life, Marcy enjoys travel and adventure, from hot air ballooning to shark diving, as well as spending quality time with family and friends. She believes that family is everything and values creating meaningful connections both personally and professionally.

Marcy Molina is a seasoned Escrow Officer with over 20 years of experience in the real estate and escrow industry. She began her career in 2003 as an escrow assistant in a high-volume subprime refinance unit and was quickly promoted to Escrow Officer within just one year—an achievement driven by her strong financial background in both consumer and business banking, along with her proactive, solutions-focused approach.
