With over 15 years of dedicated escrow experience in the Coachella Valley, I bring a deep understanding of local real estate transactions and a passion for providing exceptional client service. My career has allowed me to work with some of the desert's most notable escrow companies, ultimately leading me to my current role as Branch Manager at Chartwell Escrow in Palm Desert.
Throughout my career, I have successfully managed a wide range of escrow transactions including Fee Simple and Indian Lease Land sales, Vacant Land deals, For Sale by Owner (FSBO) transactions, and Refinances. I also have extensive experience with 1031 xchanges, Foreign Sellers, and Solar Lease Transfers—giving me the well-rounded knowledge needed to handle complex and unique transactions with confidence.
I view escrow as far more than the management of documents and funds—it's a relationship- driven process built on trust, clear communication, and collaborative teamwork. My approach is grounded in integrity and a strong commitment to client relationships, with a focus on delivering a smooth, transparent, and positive experience for everyone involved in the transaction.
Originally from Chicago, my parents relocated our family to the desert in the mid-1970s. Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing at home with my fur babies and catching up on the latest Netflix series. My weekends are filled with family time—watching my grandson’s sporting events or taking spontaneous trips to enjoy a farmers’ market. I’m also a big fan of country music and love attending concerts and music festivals whenever I get the chance.
