Peter O. Jett is an escrow officer and office manager of Chartwell Escrow, Inc. - Sherman Oaks with over 25 years experience in the escrow industry. He was introduced to the escrow business by his mother handling business opportunity escrows but quickly transitioned to residential and commercial escrows. Peter specializes in residential and commercial re-sale, new construction, probate and trust escrows. He has handled thousands of escrows spanning from the first time home buyers; to new construction for builders; to high profile clients in the entertainment industry. His vast experience, knowledge and no-nonsense approach has cultivated a strong following of real estate agents and helps transactions move smoothly, professionally and drama-free.
