Who We Are

PJ is an escrow old timer, starting out when the job was done with only a typewriter, copy machine and a phone. She had other plans when graduating from USC, but found escrow to be addicting and interesting, which is why she chose to make it her career.

 

Her favorite part of servicing clientele is building relationships and friendships and helping others achieve their goals. It also makes her feel good to help someone navigate an oftentimes scary or confusing process and make it easier.

 

PJ has been married to her husband Garry for 35 years, and they both share the same personal motto: to live each day to the fullest and enjoy life, especially the small gifts received every day. When she’s not working, she enjoys puttering around her home, spending time with family and friends, and watching tennis and baseball.

 

Along with Residential, Loan, and Commercial transactions, she also processes Bulk/Business Sale Escrows. It is exciting for her to have a new set of skills to perfect and to continue making herself more valuable to clients. She hopes to make new connections and friends through this side of the business.
