Vanessa began her escrow career in 1998 and climbed to the rank of Escrow Officer in 2005. During that time she perfected her escrow skills doing transactions from Sacrament to San Diego. Vanessa continued her career as Branch Manager / Escrow Officer in the San Gabriel Valley focusing on the areas of Pasadena, La Cañada Flintridge, and the City of Los Angeles. She specializes in residential, REO, co-op sales, and commercial escrow transactions.
Vanessa lives in Eagle Rock with her husband, Nelson, and two sons. She loves to travel, go to the movies and eat delicious food.
